Lots of people love LEGOS but they are made of plastic. So one of the things LEGOS is doing is to make LEGO plants be made out of real plants! Another amazing thing is they will look exactly like normal LEGOS! Also the company decided to use wind power! Now LEGO is getting serious about this problem they even promised to have zero waste!

McDonald's is trying to get rid of straws that hurt the environment! You might know that straws are one of the biggest problems they take longest to decompose. If you go to a McDonald's in Europe or Belgium you can get a paper straw!

Ikea decided to stop using all single-use plastic! By 2020 there will be no more single-use plastic in every single Ikea in the world! On earth day Ikea learned all about how bad plastic pollution is which is why they are doing all of this.
