Complete steps 1-4 to sign up for Track & Field
1-Complete all forms on Planet High School: planeths.com (Due 11/25/22 for Indoor Track & 2/10/23 for Outdoor Track)-Not necessary if you have already completed for another sport and your physical is up-to-date)
THS uses PlanetHS to complete all of the necessary forms to participate in school athletics. Every form must be completed, including the NCHSAA Pre-Examination that has to be completed once per year by a doctor, PA, or nurse practitioner. You will not be allowed to try out, practice, or participate in any way with the team if any of the forms are incomplete. Both the student-athlete and the parent will need to create accounts, link the accounts, and fill out all the forms. Below are instructions for first time PlanetHS users and for people who already have accounts.

When you fill out the student-athlete questionnaire, you must be logged in with your school email account
4-Sign up for Remind Account to receive text updates on the team
