11/4 Our Day of the Dead celebration included cutting elaborate designs in our papel picado and researching what goes on the ofrenda. After our research students built and ofrenda and added the items that were traditional. We also ate traditional tamales, provided by Josie and her family and drank Mexican Hot Chocolate and other snacks.
