Fourth Grade

11/3 Some great calacas (skeletons). Calacas are representations of our beloved dead, and in Mexican culture it is important that our dead are seen as happy: they are no longer suffering, and are with their beloved who died before them.

9/25 During Hispanic Heritage Month, the fourth grade did a collaborative art piece inspired by Frida Kahlo and her wild and creative imagination. Then our students stood before it for a photo!
