How to Register
Browse the enrichment classes below, organized by day of the week. Each program includes a registration link with class dates, grade levels, times, and additional details.
Class Schedules & Pickup
Classes begin following school dismissal, with end times varying by program.
Students are escorted from the Dining Hall to their enrichment classes.
Families pick up students directly from the building where their class is held.
Students who are not picked up when class ends will be escorted to Extended Day. Pickup will then take place inside Deramus Field House.
Program Fees & Discounts
Most enrichment programs cost $175 per session unless otherwise noted.
Families with an Extended Day contract through 5:00 p.m. or later, along with Pembroke Hill faculty/staff families, receive a 50% discount on eligible enrichment classes.
Discounts do not apply to private music lessons.
Enrichment fees are billed through the Pembroke Hill Business Office.
Registration, Cancellations & Late Enrollment
Families will indicate their student's after-class pickup arrangements during registration, including pickup, Extended Day, or a combination of both.
If pickup plans change, please notify the Auxiliary Programs Office.
Cancellations must be received at least one week before a class begins to avoid being billed.
Joining a little late? We'd love to have your student! Late registrations are welcome through the second class meeting, as space allows, and fees will be prorated for missed classes.
Have questions about enrichment programs, registration, or afternoon pickup? We're happy to assist!

Thank you for your patience as we adjust to the new gates and door access. Gate codes from last school year are still active, so returning families may continue using their previous code. New families who need a gate code can contact Tim Wood, Director of Security, at tim.wood@pembrokehill.org. I also have last years code if you need your code again.
