Welcome to Degree Partners!

In the words of our co-founder Hudson Baird, “to do hard things, we need a group to ride together with us. The name Peloton comes from a cycling term. It’s a group of riders who ride together in a race to get to some place they couldn’t get on their own. And so for us that is a metaphor for community. Students are paired with a coach, AND a community of support to provide encouragement and talk about all the students’ life and and the many parts of their journey that come up on the path to a degree.”

At Degree Partners, we aim to be a Community of Support riding alongside you on your journey to your degree. When we support each other, we not only learn faster but also achieve much more than we ever could by ourselves. We help students navigate competency-based education programs at Southern New Hampshire University. We provide academic onboarding to help prepare students for their SNHU coursework, as well as personalized coaching to assist students with their enrollment.

We have a collective vision, at Degree Partners, centered on the conviction that any student with the will and drive to graduate from college can earn a degree, regardless of geography or economics.
