Our driving value at PelotonU is to make sure this is HUMAN CENTERED WORK. Academic Onboarding, or what we call AO, is all about YOU. It’s about building your confidence and comfortability with the program. It’s also about asking, "are we a right fit for you?" and "are you a right fit for us?"
Some may discover this is not the right time. Others may find us as the right program. That’s OK! We really mean it when we say come back when you’re ready! Or, if this isn’t the right program for you, let us be your brainstorming buddy as you think about what is the right place for you.
In AO, we will will help you establish a strong foundation in our 5 C’s: Commitment, Clarity, Communication, Community, and Care.
The 5 Weekly Expectations of Academic Onboarding are:
Submitting weekly coaching Assignment prior to your weekly coaching meeting.
Attending a project support meeting with Student Support Coordinator.
Attending a coaching meeting with College Completion Coach.
Submitting weekly Schoolwork by Sunday, 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time / 10:59PM Central Standard Time.

How has Academic OnBoarding benefited you?
"AO has benefited me by diving in deeper into who I am and what my future looks like by completing the weekly projects and readings. The weekly coach meetings are very helpful by keeping me on track and being able to discuss anything that I may need more guidance on. I can always send a text message and/or email to my coach for any clarifications."
