We use Gmail. You were given your email address and a generic password (which you may have updated). If you need us to reset your password, please contact your Coach.
Check your PelotonU email daily! Your Coach will send important emails every Monday to remind you of what needs to be done and sharing cool resources. Your AOL (academic onboarding leader) will send you emails on Fridays recapping to-dos and cheering you on!
It is important to check your SNHU email, in addition to your PelotonU email. Emails about your project submissions, as well as important updates and announcements from Student Financial Services, will be in your SNHU email. To access SNHU email, please visit your SNHU Outlook, and sign in with your SNHU credentials. For convenience, SNHU email can be added to a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android.

An academic year is from May to the following end of April. Depending on when you enroll, you will have access to 1-3 "terms" of financial aid. Then, you will need to reapply for FAFSA.
But don't worry: we stay on top of this with you! Every October, we will start bugging you to file your FAFSA for next year.
BEFORE you take out a loan, please review our loan counseling document.
You may want to decline parts or the entirety of loan offerings. Your Coach can help you fill out an award change form to decline loans or change loan amounts.

How has Academic OnBoarding benefited you?
"AO has benefited me by diving in deeper into who I am and what my future looks like by completing the weekly projects and readings. The weekly coach meetings are very helpful by keeping me on track and being able to discuss anything that I may need more guidance on. I can always send a text message and/or email to my coach for any clarifications."
