A school is only as good as the faculty it invests in and we believe ours is the best qualified and most experienced among Bhutanese schools. With our committed faculty we are well-placed to provide top quality education.

Today, a full 100% have a graduate or teaching degree. More than 67% have a teaching degree. More than 60% have a Masters or post-grad degree. The average teaching experience of our teachers is more than 11 years. Our school does not depend on fresh graduates. Any absences due to sickness or other unavoidable reasons, is always filled in with qualified substitutes.

Our standards are high and they will only rise.

The Pelkhil campus is also a decidedly POLITICS-FREE zone! Schools tend to become hotbeds of petty politics and our campus practices a zero tolerance policy to this. Career advancements must be built on merit.
