Welcome

Dear New 4th Grade Students,

I am so excited to meet you and be your fourth grade teacher! This is my first year teaching fourth grade and also my first year at PES. We will be learning all about fourth grade together this year, and I am so excited! Before teaching fourth grade I taught kindergarten for six years, first grade for 2, and a year of Title 1 reading. Last year I worked part time here at PES as an Orton Gillingham tutor.

I have my bachelors in childhoodstudies from Plymouth State University (our mascot was a panther too!), and my masters degree is in reading from Gordon College.

I live in Methuen with my husband Brad and our 2 year old daughter Abigail (Abby). You will probably hear lots of Abby stories and see lots of her pictures throughout the year! :)
