ERASMUS+ | Ireland 2023
My overall impression from the stay in Ireland is very nice, I am very glad that I could take part in the mobility. Of course, our journey was complicated by some unpleasant issues, but there is nothing absolutely ideal and rosy. Despite that, I really enjoyed the stay and for me, it is valuable experience for the future.
Let me describe the events one by one..the accommodation and welcome in the family were great. I was accommodated in a family (a couple aged 60). Their children were adult already, so they had enough space to accommodate students. They were really caring, always ready to help with anything. Despite the long distance from the home, we felt really well in their place, like at home.
The teacher's training in the local private kindergarten went really well, in my opinion.
Anyway, I spend more time in the facility than other girls did (my working hours were 9 - 16, with an hour lunch break) which I minded a little bit, especially at the beginning. I had not enough time to explore the city where we stayed. Nonetheless, all that was compensated by the warm approach of the teachers from that kindergarten. They were very nice, careful, always ready to help and smiling.
I am very thankful for the experience!

Erasmus+ | Portugal 2022
Thanks a lot for being offered such an opportunity. I'm really happy for the experience and I must say I am really astonished and I'll keep the memories on my mind for long. I just discovered a place which is really comfortable for me and I am definitely going to get back there.
Compared to the Czech Republic, it's a different cup of tea. While in our country everybody minds his own business, in Portugal people like social contact, they are really warmhearted and opened to strangers. Do not wonder if a lady at a souvenire stall greets you with an enthusiastic smile, ready to give you a hug.

Erasmus+ | Poland 2022
Even at the train station I noticed profounf differences between the Czech and Polish people. The Polish are calm, they do not hurry anywhere, it seems to me that they only live "here and now". Maybe it because they are so Catholic. On Sundays they do not work at all, just a few small shops are opened. What I also quite like is the fact that In Poland the chemist's shops are opened 24/7. All the Polishpeople I was in contact with were nice, friendly and ready to help. As I see it, dring the stay I never met a Polish person who was overweight and all of them could speak English. Perhaps it is because Cracow is very popular with tourists.
Anyway, my main goal was to seek for differences between the Czech and Polish educational systems. And I must say I was quite surprised...
...We helped the children cut out shapes, tidy the desks, we played with them, we tried to sing with them because we missed it a lot. We often read English books for them. The children got used to us quickly, so I was very sorry to leave them. We even greeted each other "ahoj". We taught them the Czech greeting:-)
I enjoyed all the 14 days a lot, it was great, enriching experience, if I could get back there again, I would not wait a minute.
