Our families are seeking qualified intellectual disability professionals to provide community habilitation and respite services. All applicants must be 18 years or older, eligible to work in the United States, and be able to pass several State and Federal background checks to move forward with employment.

Community Habilitation vs. Respite Staff
Community Habillitation Staff (or ComHab Staff) are specialists that provide individualized support and skills training in the home and community. ComHab staff help develop an individual's goals, focuses on increasing an individual's level of independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), areas of self-care, social skills development, money management, safety, household tasks, community integration, job success, and more!
Respite Staff are specialists who provide temporary relief to caregivers who provide primary care and support for someone with a developmental disability. This can include overnight supervision, support in the event of an urgent matter (such as hospitalization), or a few hours during the day so primary caregivers can take a break.
