Person-Centered Advocacy and Consulting Services, LLC. (d/b/a PEACS, LLC.), founded in 2021, is a Minority and Women-Owned Business that provides a myriad of individualized services. PEACS exists to help our clients navigate NY State OPWDD and social service programs, explore college and career options, and advocate on behalf of our clients. PEACS also provides administrative support to small and large non-profit and private organizations.

S. Spears is a NYC native who holds a Master of Arts degree from CUNY Lehman College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Purchase College. She has honed over fifteen years of social services experience by proudly serving youth in foster care, college bound high school students, young adults, adult learners, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
PEACS initially started as a graduate school business plan dedicated to providing educational counseling services to prospective college students. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it evolved to meet the increased demand for compassionate client advocacy, effective case management, high standards of professionalism, and timely results.
PEACS offers support brokerage services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the NY State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Self-Direction Program, educational and vocational consulting for those looking to explore their career paths, private liaison and other administrative support services.
