SOS! I forgot to register my child for Panthers and now the program is full!

Registration for The Panther Program's lottery occurs every spring. Information about registration for the lottery will be sent out school wide via Parent Square. Registration for the lottery will not be required for students who are currently enrolled in the program. Once notified of your child's acceptance into The Panther Program you will be required to create an account via ELEYO and register your admitted student(s) into the program.

*Please note that registering for The Panther Program lottery does not mean that your student has been admitted into the program. Refer to the Registration/Waitlist page with the information about the Panther Program Lottery.

Who can pick up my child?

The Panthers staff values child safety with the utmost importance, and only adults registered as "approved to pick-up" in Eleyo may sign students out.

Log into your Eleyo account to add approved names to the pick up list.
If there is a one-time occasion where a family friend or parent of another student will pick your student up you must notify Matt Roberts (Program Director) via email matt.roberts@peabodycharter.net or text/call the Panthers phone (805) 453-2874

What time is pick up?

TK/K pick up is 5:15 Monday-Friday

1st-6th pick up is 5:30 Monday-Friday

There is an automatic $1/minute late fee for late pickups.

When will I be billed?

Payments will be processed through ELEYO automatically on the 3rd of the month (you will receive a notification approximately 5 days prior).

Payments are billed Sept- May(Aug and June days are included). There are no discounts for months with holidays, and there is no additional fee for care on minimum days.

I have two children or more in the program, why am I not being charged a sibling discount?

The sibling discount only applies to students in grades 1-6. TK/Kindergarten are not included.

Do you provide care on minimum days? Non-school days?

Yes. Care begins at dismissal on minimum days. Please communicate your pick up plans on minimum days in advance with your students.

What do I do if my child won’t be attending on a particular day?

My child is on the Waitlist, how long will it take for him/her to get in the Program?

Student placement is based upon another student dropping from the Program. A student will be added only when another student ends enrollment, thus creating space. OR
In the event of a planned expansion of the Program with additional staff hired and processed.

How can I find out my child's spot on the waitlist?

It is not possible to predict future enrollment. You will be contacted as soon as a spot opens up.
