The Observer

PURPOSE

The Observer is a student run creative magazine that aims to give all artists at PVMHS the chance to either publicize their creative works, or observe the works of their peers. There are so many young artists at PVMHS, and we believe that such students should be recognized for their hard work and talent. Whether you publicize by name, anonymously, or are just here to witness some wonderful art, we hope you enjoy the creative experience!
