Physical Wellbeing

Taking care of our physical health is just as important as our emotional health. While we may be practicing staying at home, that doesn't mean we can't do things to take care of ourselves physically.

Not sure where to start

A body scan meditation is when you pay attention to all of the different parts of your body and bodily sensations in a gradual sequence from your head down to your feet.

This practice allows us to become aware of our body and what we may be carrying around.

Mindful Meanderings Podcast Offerings

In this episode, we will explore the gifts that our body brings us along with the pressures that our bodies face to look/act/be a certain way. We will make space for understanding the challenges we face in our relationship with our body, while promoting compassion and grace.

For our third episode we will focus on making and finding joy in our lives. Starting with our breathing we will scan our bodies for joy. Through this exploration we will work to notice internal and external experiences of joy, and focus on how we can carry it throughout our daily lives.
