Emotional Wellbeing

Mood Trackers

A mood tracker is a positive psychology technique used to improve mental health by recording your moods in order to identify patterns of mood variety.

They are helpful because they can aid in connecting your feelings to what happened in the day.

You can create your own or use one of these printable versions.

Self-Care Activities

Self-Care is doing something for yourself that brings you joy and leaves you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, or re-energized. Practicing self-care is completely personalized to you; meaning, what we do for self-care may not work for you. Below are some sample self-care activities you can try, but you can always make up your own!
