How many Board Members make up a quorum?

This depends on those in attendance and what committees they may serve on. A quorum

• Full Board - 8 members present would make a quorum

• ASAC - 4 members present would make a quorum

• FA - 4 members present would make a quorum

• EA - 4 members present would make a quorum

• Governance - 3 members present would make a quorum

What do I do if someone from the press reaches out to me?
