Financial Wellness Center VS Financial Aid
The lines between what services the Financial Wellness Center and the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships offers are often blurred. While they are both related to finances, each office offers distinctly different services. This article serves to explain the clear differences between these offices to make it easier to know which one you may need to visit.
First of all, the Financial Wellness Center is designed to give all students tools and resources needed to empower them to make healthy financial decisions. Our center has a team of Financial Coaches to assist students.

The Financial Wellness Center also offers daily drop-ins for students to meet with a Financial Coach. Our office is located in the FMH building suite L130.
Whereas the Office of Financial Aid assists with the following:
Financial Aid Applications, Awarding, Eligibility, Disbursement, and Revisions
FAFSA/ORSAA Questions
Loan Management
Satisfactory Academic Progress
Scholarships
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships has Financial Aid Counselors that meet with students via appointment. They are located in the FMH building in the student lobby near student accounts.
