FORWARD Emergency Funds are available to support interns who may experience unexpected financial challenges that could impact their ability to fully participate in the program. These funds are intended for short-term, urgent needs that arise during the academic year.

Before submitting a request, students are encouraged to explore support through PSU’s Basic Needs Hub, which offers a variety of campus-based resources for housing, food, transportation, and other essential needs. We ask that students utilize university resources first when possible.

Emergency Funds are limited and requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Our goal is to provide support where possible while helping connect students with sustainable resources.
