Jennifer Cunningham

Hi, My name is Jennifer Cunningham and I live in Tuam, Co Galway.

I use paint, etch plates, make models, shoot and edit sound and film to create my artwork. I’ve studied art at University and have had many exhibitions over the years. I was recently asked to design the poster for the Galway International Arts Festival.

My artworks explore the theme of nostaglia and I often use my own memories as a starting point, looking at how a child's imagination is a place of freedom and play and a safe place to explore the world around them.

My website is www.jennifercunningham.ie.

I enjoy collaboration and I've worked with many different artists, schools and groups. I love creating new art. I am very excited about this AR and VR adventure with your class.
