The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) STEM Scholars Program - A Pathway for Tomorrow's Leaders aims to increase diversity among future leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This unique program seeks to identify high-achieving Black students and mentor them throughout the pathway from high school to graduate school. The program is open to those who excel in both academic and extracurricular activities and who have an interest in the advancement of underrepresented groups in STEM.

RESILIENCE
is a 6-session group for students in grade 6-12. It is a culturally adapted, evidence-based, counselling program developed for PDSB students who self-identify as Black, African, Afro-Caribbean, and Afro-Canadian.
The BAEE@UTM (Black Access to Educational Excellence) initiative provides prospective Black high school students with supports at UTM to assist them in their university decision-making process. Prospective Black students will be personally introduced to current UTM Black students, faculty, and a robust network of resources, dedicated to continually supporting them throughout their post-secondary studies.
