What is Autism?
Autism Spectrum Disorder, also called ASD, is the name given to a set of behavioural and developmental problems and the changes that go with them.
A diagnosis of ASD means differences and difficulties in Communication, Social Behaviour and Play Skills.
The word “spectrum” in ASD means that every person is unique. No two people are the same and this is so important to remember!
