SUMMER 2025

During the first 3 full weeks in July, over 40 students in grades SK to age 21 participated in small online groups, building community within these virtual spaces. With an overall theme of CANADA students had the opportunity to learn about aspects of Canadian agriculture, tourism, culture, dance and music. 

Synchronous and asynchronous field trips provided opportunities to generalize this new learning, ask and answer questions, make connections and 'see things' they may not have ever seen before! 

Using a variety of rich video and digital content, students were exposed to new ideas around emotional literacy and how to support one's regulation needs. 

And always, being creative and build community through the visual arts was worked into almost every session. All in all, it was a true awe-inspiring time together!
