What is an Individual Session at the Wellness Center?
Students who come for an Individual Session come for several different reasons. They include:
1:1 Discussion with Mrs. Henry
Assistance navigating a problem or obstacle
A quiet place to relax and destress
To calm down by coloring or using a relaxation tool (stress balls, putty, fidgets, etc.)
To make up work
Study for a quiz or test
To learn coping skills and strategies for dealing with normal student stressors
A safe place to share thoughts or opinions
Academic assistance if you have fallen behind with assignments and need some guidance to get back on track
*Please note the Wellness Center is not a Crisis or Counseling Center. If a student presents as needing more targeted assistance, a school counselor will be contacted for more in-depth services.
How Do I Book An Individual Session?
These sessions can be booked using the PCTVS Wellness Center Bookings LINK and must be booked 12 hours in advance. Be sure to click on Mrs. Henry's name and the date you wish to attend. Available times will be posted. Please be aware that times vary from day-to-day due to class visits and scheduled groups. You are also welcome to stop by Room B103 at any time to schedule an appointment.

General Guidelines for Accessing the Student Wellness Center
Get a pass from your teacher or a staff member prior to attending the Wellness Center.
Book an appointment in advance if you know you want to visit. Here's how:
Use the QR Code above to schedule an appointment through the Bookings link.
Choose STUDENT WELLNESS VISIT
Select Mrs. Henry
Pick a date and time.
You will receive an email confirmation.
Use your email confirmation from a scheduled appointment using the QR Code and present the pass to the teacher.
Come see Mrs. Henry in B103 and get a pass from the Wellness Center in advance to show your teacher.
