Need Chromebook, iPad or other Tech Support?

Students and families looking for technology support should send an email to their school’s technology support contact identified in the document below or to the right. Please include your student's name and ID number, as well as a description of the issue, when contacting technology support.

Chromebook & iPad Agreement

If your Chromebook or iPad is not working properly or is broken (for example, has a cracked screen, broken corner, is missing a key or other issues)

- Please email the technology support address for your school (see above) for assistance.

Why do I need to do this?

All device damage and issues should be reported to the Technology support system within three (3) business days. The insurance company reserves the right to deny claims based on untimely reporting. If a claim is denied for any reason, the family will be held liable for the entire cost of the Chromebook’s repair/replacement.

Note to Parents

Please inspect your student’s Chromebook periodically and if you have any questions or concerns please email the Technology support address for your student's school.

Building Contacts

ELEMENTARY

Please also report any device damage for grade K-5 1:1 take-home Chromebooks to your student's classroom teacher. The teacher can then submit a service request to the Technology Department for the device. An inspection of the device by the Technology Department will ensure a proper assessment of damage and leverage the proper fee to repair the device. Until fee is paid, if leveraged, the device or what the device put in its place will remain at school.
