1:1 Take-Home Program
About the 1:1 Take-Home Program
P-CCS continues to offer the One to One device initiative, which allows all P-CCS students access to a district iPad or Chromebook. As part of this initiative, we allow participating K-12 students to take home their district iPad or Chromebook. In order to take-home a device, students must meet the following requirements:
Resolve any/all outstanding technology-related debts.
Review and complete the P-CCS Chromebook/iPad Take-Home Participation Agreement in Parent Connection
Meet the district's liability requirement through insurance or deposit.
For additional details, please review the Student Chromebook/iPad Take-Home Participation Agreement and Chromebook/iPad Parent/Guardian Letter linked below.
Types of Devices Issued to Students
To the best of our ability, the following types of devices will be issued to students participating in the take-home program:
Students in grades K-1 who participate in the take-home program will be issued iPads.
Students in grades 2-5 who participate in the take-home program will be issued touchscreen Chromebooks.
Students in grades 6-12 who participate in the take-home program will be issued non-touchscreen Chromebooks.
