YESOD
The Foundation

Yesod is the ninth Sephirah on the Tree of Life, known as "The Foundation." It acts as a bridge between the spiritual realms above it and the material world of Malkuth below. In Hermetic Qabalah, Yesod represents the subconscious mind, imagination, and dreams—it’s the realm where inner thoughts, feelings, and spiritual energy begin to take form before becoming physical reality.

Yesod is often associated with the moon, symbolizing its ever-changing, reflective nature. Just like the moon reflects the light of the sun, Yesod reflects the energies of the higher Sephiroth down to Malkuth, shaping the spiritual forces into something we can understand and interact with.

This Sephirah is linked to the astral plane, a world of symbols, visions, and intuition.
