Download the app or go to EAB Navigate through MyPCC (see the instructions on the homepage)

If you've just been admitted to PCC today, then you can use Navigate tomorrow morning.
You can see if you've been assigned an advisor by clicking on "Resources" then "People."
You may not have been assigned to an advisor yet.
If you are new to PCC or are returning after a break, you are assigned an advisor in the 3rd week of the term.

You can also visit the advising website for other ways to meet with an advisor.
Click on the question mark icon and click "technical help"
Try a hard close and relaunch the app.
For iOS, double click the Home button then swipe the app preview away to “hard close.”
On Android, open the app manager view and slide the app preview away to “hard close.”
If you've made any changes to your student record recently, Navigate Student updates overnight. If you've registered recently, made changes to your courses, or even changed advisors, the new information shows up early tomorrow morning.
Click on "Account"
Then click on "Notification Settings"
Here you can choose what types of notifications you'd like to receive and update your mobile number to receive texts.
