A monochromatic still life photograph shows objects of the same color. For this project I chose the color blue for my objects. Another requirement of the assignment was to use a light source in order to balance the light reflecting on my items. I used my window as a light source.

Behind the Sences

Working on this assignment was pretty easy. My room had a lot of items that were colored in blue. For the background I used a large blanket to cover up my dresser. As for taking the photos I was able to position myself in front of the bed. The hardest part was to get the correct lighting from my window. It wasn't that sunny outside, and I tried to use other light sources as a backup.
