This office establishes linkages with the appropriate establishments for the purpose of finding opportunities for On-The-Job Training of students. It recommends qualified trainees and monitors their performance towards accreditation in the subject or course concerned. It also helps qualified graduates seek employment by providing information for job opportunities and expanding industry linkages.

These will provide a platform for graduating students to get the necessary documents needed for On-the-Job Training for the next semester.

ANNUAL CAREER FAIR
PATTS College of Aeronautics Annual Virtual Career Fair is an activity, which bring together employers, experienced professionals, and entry level talented individuals under one roof to serve as a platform for an open and wide ranging employment opportunities. It is a great way to connect students and alumni job seekers with employers who are looking for candidates for jobs, internships, and future connections.

CAREER EDUCATION
Schedules seminars and orientations that cater the needs of students, such as the Career Orientation which assists the students in decision-making and selecting from various options open to them. Topics discussed relate to areas such as job hunting skills, resume writing and interview tips. Mock interviews are likewise conducted to better prepare graduates for actual job interviews.
ON THE-JOB-TRAINING
On-the-job training is crucial in preparing students for the workforce. With OJT, students not only get the opportunity to acquire practical knowledge, skills and work values in reputable establishments or industries in our country. It is an avenue for applying, enriching and enhancing the acquired knowledge in the school in their particular field of endeavor. In some cases, OJT leads to employment opportunities, allowing a graduate to hit the ground running early.
CAMPUS RECRUITMENT
To help qualified graduates and graduating students of PATTS College seek employment in reputable establishments or industries in our country by providing information for job opportunities and expanding industry linkages to help graduating and graduate students for job placements. OJT and Placement Office work with hiring managers to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and extend job offers to the graduating/graduates of PATTS.
CAREER TRAININGS
It is a virtual specialized training that can be vital tools for advancement particularly in seeking employment conducted by an approved training organization. It is designed to give future professionals the opportunity to evaluate and plan their employment futures, as well as expand their job-related skills and knowledge.
