The imaging page allows you to keep a record of all medical images, such as X-rays, in one place. You can record the name (it is best to be as specific as possible) and the date the imaging took place, as well as the image itself.
Click 'Add result’ and complete the form.
Click on the name of the result you want to see. The report will be shown on the screen, there may also be a link to a file.
To correct an imaging result, click on the ellipsis icon beside the result you wish to edit and click ‘Edit.’
To delete an imaging result, click on the ellipsis icon beside the result you wish to edit and click ‘Delete.
These options are only available for results you have added yourself. If you need to correct a result that someone else has added to your record, please see Reporting incorrect data.
To edit privacy of an imaging result, click on the ellipsis icon beside the result you wish to edit the privacy label of and click ‘Edit privacy.’ Please note: Changing the privacy may result in some professionals and carers no longer being able to access the file.

Click on the ellipsis icon beside the imaging result you wish to send for discussion and click ‘Discuss.’
Organisations can delay when imaging reports are visible in patient records to give them time to review the reports first.
If you have a report that has been delayed, the time and date it will be available will be displayed so you know when to check your record again. PKB does not send an email when the report becomes available, so it's important to take note of this date.
