WELCOME BACK!!!

All school instructional staff members have been scheduled for a full day of activities on September 6, 2023. 

The Welcome Back 2023 Learning Day schedule and list of activities are available HERE.

TEACHERS ONLY:

If after viewing your weLearn calendar you see you are not registered for any sections, view the Full Professional Learning Schedule and email the appropriate supervisor related to the session you should attend.  If you know the supervisor leading the session you need to attend, please email them directly.

Preschool paraprofessionals are to report to School 6, all other Special Education paraprofessionals should contact the Division of Special Education with questions.

Please check your weLearn calendar for your most up-to-date schedule.

Anyone scheduled for a virtual session is expected to be in their respective classroom/office for the duration of the session on an individual device, unless otherwise notified.  

Please be reminded to adhere to the District Norms for virtual meetings and professional learning.

Breaks will be scheduled into each session (assuming sessions start on time due to prompt arrival of participants).  

15 minutes total for 3 hour sessions, and 10 minutes total for 2 hour sessions 

Please check your Passaic weLearn calendar for your schedule.

In order to check to your weLearn calendar:

• Log into weLearn

• Click on the calendar icon on the left side of the screen

• Click on 'Full Calendar"

• Un-click the check box next to “Course Catalog”

• Ensure the box next to "My Courses" is checked.

This will then display all of your registered courses.

Please note:

• Some sections are still being created in Passaic weLearn. 

• If you are not registered for both a morning and afternoon sessions, please email the contact person for the sessions you are expected to attend. Contacts for each session are listed on the "Session Locations" tab of the spreadsheet. 

• Please follow the link below to report any weLearn system access (i.e., you are not able to log into the system using the default password), professional development, or observation/evaluation issues. please submit a
  Passaic weLearn - User Support request (https://form.jotform.com/53135699733162).
