Reflection is an important part of personal growth and development. Taking time to look back on our experiences, behaviors, and thought patterns allows us to identify areas where we would like to improve or set new goals for ourselves. After reflection, articulating clear goals helps provide direction and motivation to turn our insights into positive change. While my reflection is included, I also spent time identifying ways that I could continue to grow in the other areas focused on in this plan. That document can be found here.
Setting actionable objectives is important after reflection, as goals transform insights into measurable progress. In the following sections, I will elaborate the area of the Framework that I feels will best serve the Pardeeville Area School Disrictl including the specific actions I will take to accomplish it, resources and support that may be needed, potential obstacles and how I plan to overcome them.
