Google Workspace for Education

Google Workspace for Education is a set of Google tools and services that are tailored for schools and homeschools to collaborate, streamline instruction, and keep learning safe. Google Workspace for Education gives schools tools to aid teaching and learning, such as Classroom, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Chat.

Gmail is an email service provided by Google. It is the largest email service in the world. You can access Gmail through a web browser or a mobile app. All CSPD students have an email linked to their @parrastu account.

Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service that enables users to store and access files online. Google Drive allows users to store files in the cloud, sync files across devices, and share files. Drive integrates with Docs, Sheets, and Slides, cloud-collaboration apps that enable your team to create content and collaborate more effectively. All CSPD students have access to their own Google Drive with their @parrastu account.

Google Docs is an online word processor. Use Google Docs to create, and collaborate on online documents.

Google Sites is a structured web page creation tool. It allows you to build internal project hubs, team sites, public-facing websites, and more—it makes building a website very easy.

Google Forms is an online form builder app that offers all the features you need to create a simple poll or dynamic survey: you can add different question types, use form logic, customize the form to match your branding, and thanks to its deep integration with Google Sheets, you can gather data and mine it for insights without leaving Google Workspace.

With Google Meet hardware, joining a video meeting is as simple as entering the meeting name using the remote control or tapping the touchscreen. When signed in to a Google Workspace account, you can schedule video meetings using Google Calendar and collaborate using other Google Workspace services.
