E.g Having spectators provide you pointers.
Occurs during the execution of the skill.
E.g Coach stopping a golfer mid-swing to correct their grip on the handle.
Received after the skill is completed.
E.g Watching a video analysis of a baseball pitchers performance.
Focuses on how well the athlete executed the action including their efforts and dedication.
E.g Reflecting on the techniques of the execution.
Focuses on the end of the performance, for example, the performer's score, time or position.
E.g Using a leader board.
