1. Student A takes 10 shots at goal (netball) from the same spot.
2. Using internal feedback only (sight/touch/feel) Student A needs to score as many goals as possible.

4. Students A completes the same activity but this time is provided with external feedback (after every shot) from Student B.
5. Record your results.
1. Student B has 10 attempts at a basketball layup.
2. After each attempt Student A provides Student B with concurrent feedback.
3. Record your results.
4. Student B has another 10 attempts.
5. Student A films every attempt. No feedback is given during this time.
6. Record your results.
7. At the end of the 10 attempts Student A shows Student B how they can improve via the recording.
Students aim to throw a bean bag into a hola hoop standing 10m away.
1. Student A closes their eyes and has 10 attempts at throwing the bean bag into the hola hoop.
2. Student B tells Student A their results only eg. 'yes, you hit the target' or 'no, you missed the target'
3. Record your results.
4. Student A closes their eyes and has 10 attempts at throwing the bean bag into the hola hoop.
5. Student B tells Student A their performance only eg. 'great height on that throw'
6. Record your results.
7. Student A closes their eyes and has 10 attempts at throwing the bean bag into the hola hoop.
8. Student B provides Student A with knowledge or results and knowledge of performance.
9. Record your results.
