ELIGIBILITY
The applicant must be...
1. a graduating SENIOR or given special permission by the dramatic sponsor.
2. a member of and in “good standing” with I.T.S., Troupe #1876 and the PCH Players while attending PCH.
ESSAY
The essay must ....
1. be written in proper form with correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.
2. have 1” margins and double spaced.
3. have a font size of 12 and be Times Roman.
4. have a length of approximately 3 pages.
5. NOT include any detailed remarks that would identify yourself. (referring to a show you were in or worked on, is not the same as noting the specific role or job)
DEADLINE
1. Essays are due to the dramatic sponsor by THE FIRST FRIDAY IN APRIL.
2. Turn in 2 copies; one WITH your name and one WITHOUT.
EVALUATION
1. A panel will judge the anonymous essays in order to obtain an impartial conclusion.
2. The panel will include various members of the staff and faculty from PCH.
3. Noncompliance with any of the guidelines WILL result in disqualification of your entry.
4. The decisions of the judges are final and may not be appealed.
5. Scholarship/s will be awarded at the Drama/I.T.S. Banquet in May.
