Chapter 4 Jaris called a phone number that he saw on his locker and he said to come to the Bluebird cavern to talk. Before Jaris went to the cavern, he met back up with Buck and Renee and when Renee found out Jaris still didn’t drop the story, She exploded in anger and felt like Jaris messing with her father Brad. Still he went to the cavern to talk to a guy called Harry who gave more info about James Webster, but after that the gates got locked and some guy said to hide in the cavern.
Chapter 5 Jaris and the two others went deep into the cavern to stay away from the bad guys and stayed there for 20 minutes, and after safely escaping the cave Jaris casually drove back home. Then another truck was behind and gaining on Jaris and tried to get away from them, but they were actually kind people who knew about James Webster. After getting back to Mosley, Jaris’s dad and Renee still wanted him to drop it, but his friend Carly said to keep going while driving together, that’s when one of the windshields cracked which scared both of them.
Chapter 6 Jaris’s dad told Jaris to talk to Cliff flynn at his office. Once the two got their Cliff told his perspective on the James Webster incident and Both Jaris and Cliff took it a little too far which angered Jaris’s dad. Then after looking at the yearbook following the Webster incident, Jaris went to Mrs. Planter’s apartment because Jaris felt that Ms. Planter knew a lot about James Webster. And Planter told Jaris about it and Jaris was even more shocked.
