Chapter 1 Jaris Hart and his friend Carly were looking at old yearbooks in Travis High School in Mobley, Texas because Jaris was determined to help the Travis Telepgraptor from getting too boring. Then While looking through he saw a guy named James Webster who looked eerily similar to Jaris and he was so interested in the guy that he talked to his grandma and family about it. Jaris thought Grandma was lying about not knowing Webster which made him motivated to write an article about James Webster to find the truth about the missing student.
Chapter 2 Jaris Hart showed the picture of Webster to Buck and Renee, two assistant telegraphers and were both shocked he looked like Jaris. Buck wanted the mystery to keep going, but Renee told him to drop it while meeting up at a barbecue. Then, Jaris went back to Buck not listening to Renee to look at some old newspapers and found a newspaper called BOY IN RIVER MISHAP and both were interested and shocked.
Jaris still wants to find the truth about James Webster, but the more he keeps not listening to Renee, the more the friendship is breaking up
Chapter 3 Jaris Hart and Buck read the article that showed how James Webster drowned and both of them got chills, and Renee kept telling Jaris to drop the story but Jaris still didn’t listen. Even his parents told him he is getting carried away about the story. But after that they told him that Grandma knew the whole story and she lied about not knowing it to Jaris.
