Alexis
Alexis is a girl who has a little sister who turns into a crazy person. Her role is the main character. Her problem is her sister is being haunted by spirits in her house. Alexis is not backing down and is a very determined and curious person. Her mind might be a little crazy but she will always get to the bottom of everything. She meets this boy named Carter, and she seems to sort of like him. She thinks about him a lot, throughout the book. Alexis is very carefree and sometimes her tone is more aggressive. She has an old group of friends called the Doom Squad. She doesn't talk to them anymore since they ghosted her. Carter pops up a lot….meaning he's pretty important to her.
Kasey
Kasey
Kasey is the little sister of the main character (Alexis) her role is to supposedly transform into something her sister has never seen her act or be like before. Her problem is that she is curious and follows after her sister who doesn't seem to tell her what she wants to know. Kasey is slowly feeling her sister getting weirder… but her sister thinks it's her. Kasey seems like a manipulator so I can tell why her sister doesn't trust her as much. Kasey doesn't like explaining her feelings to people. She doesn't have many true friends and struggles to make some.
Carter
Carter
Carter is an understanding sweet person. He is Alexis’s “friend” in the book but their relationship gets more intense as they get to know each other. He comes up a lot in the book. Alexis calls him a “politician” since he speaks his mind a lot. He's building his true character in the book. He takes trust seriously so Alexis is definitely important to him.
Megan
Megan
Megan is a fierce strong girl. She always likes to know everything. Megan is kind and always has a smile on her face. She and Alexis used to not talk much since Megan was friends with Lydia. But Megan's kind heart built up a great friendship with Alexis in the end.
