The total population of France is over 65.273 million people and Paris has a population of 2.148 million people. It attracts 42 million visitors a year making it the most visited city in all of the world. Paris’s oceanic climate is warm in the summer and cold in the winter and there are no extreme temperatures due to the North Atlantic, so there really isn’t a bad time to visit Paris. Paris is 8 hours behind Australia. So when it is our late afternoon it is their morning.

One of Paris's most famous icons is the Musée du Louvre art museum. This building showcases over 35,000 artworks, the most famous two being the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. It is the most visited art gallery in the world.
