ViDs is a support group for 'Dads in Distress' who are current and former serving ADF (and allied forces) members and veterans experiencing family breakdown, separation, and difficulties maintaining relationships with their children. This suport does not replace our standard DIDs (Dads in Distress) suport but enhances it for veterans as an additonal group that is specialised.
Suport is free, confidential, dad-friendly and non judgemental.
The things ViDs speak to us most about include:
Separation and divorce in context of being a veteran
Custody and contact issues
Parental alienation
Financial problems
Family and criminal Legal issues
Communication difficulties
Domestic violence

Please note, to ensure the integrity of the group and maintain it as a safe space for veterans there is a verification process for new members. So please have ready for presentation;
