PAREF Montrose School for Girls (currently PAREF Ridgefield School for Girls) is dedicated to providing your daughters with the best education in a nurturing and values-driven environment. Your support in building and improving our school ensures that future generations of PAREF girls have a place to grow, learn, and thrive.

At the centerpiece of this development is the PAREF Montrose Nexus Program—a flagship digital values and technological empowerment hub designed to address two urgent regional challenges in Western Visayas: the functional digital literacy gap and the youth mental health crisis driven by unsupervised screen exposure.

Investing in the Montrose Nexus Program aligns directly with corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, corporate social responsibility (CSR) mandates, and workforce readiness initiatives. The program operates on a dual-integrated framework:

Track 1: On-Campus Innovation Hub — Equipping Montrose students, parents, and educators with high-value technical capabilities (generative AI, cloud data management, digital safety) anchored in personal character and digital wellness.
Track 2: Community Deployment & Digital Ambassadors — Mobilizing trained student 'Digital Ambassadors', faculty and parents to lead digital literacy bootcamps, safety seminars, and scholarship certifications across regional public schools in Western Visayas.
Sustainable Program — The Montrose Nexus Program achieves academic sustainability by embedding digital literacy, ethics, and wellness directly across all core K-12 subjects. Operationally, its physical campus infrastructure is engineered for dual use—functioning as a student learning hub during school hours and converting into a community outreach center for regional workshops after hours.
