STEP 1: Prepare Admission Requirements
📃 Photocopy of Student’s PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
📃 Student's Baptismal Certificate
📃 Parents’ Marriage Certificate
📃 Student's Recent Report Card (F138)
For foreign students: Report card with English translation and Special Study Permit (SSP)
STEP 2: Fill up the forms for Admissions via online portal or visit us onsite
