Eligibility

1. Scholars from various institutions, including universities and research organizations, are eligible for nomination based on their research contributions.

2. A committee comprising dean, faculty member(s) and representative from Research office will nominate candidate(s) based on significant research outputs and impact in their respective fields. 

Criteria for Nomination

1. Quality and innovation of research.

2. Contribution to knowledge advancement in their major.

3. Impact on the community or society at large.

4. Each committee can make own criteria up to their majors. 

* Post-award, encourage recipients to share their experiences and insights through seminars or workshops to inspire other scholars.

Award categories:

2. Information & Communication Technology

3. Economics & Administrative Sciences

4. Mathematics & Sciences

5. Arts, Humanities & Languages

6. Higher Education

Nomination Period

1. Committee members will make a meeting where they can make a list of nominations.

2. Review: committee members will make final list.

3. Send to Research Development Committee.

4. After Research Committee confirmation, list wil be send to Executive Board member and will be approved by Rector.

5. Award Ceremony: The office of Research will schedule an annual ceremony to announce winners and celebrate their achievements. (end of May)

6. Gala Dinner: Research office will organize a dinner with all previous year winners. (November).
