Full Paper

Full papers should be at most 12 pages, including the bibliography with a maximum of 2 additional pages for well-marked appendices. 

Short Paper

Short papers should be at most 6 pages including the bibliography with a maximum of 2 additional pages for well-marked appendices. 

Discussion Paper

2-4 pages plus references.

Format: 

All submissions should be written in English.

IEEE format will be used for composing and formatting conference papers.

Entries will be accepted through the Microsoft CMT.

Creating an Account & Submitting (For Authors)

1. Register: Go to CMT Login and click 'Register' - https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ISHE2026/

2. Verify: Check your email for a confirmation link to activate the account.

3. Submit Paper: Log in, select the conference, click "+ Create New Submission," select the track, and upload the document.
