Dinara Kozhamzharova is a Senior Lecturer and Cisco Academy Instructor in the Department of Information Systems at Satbayev University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Her research spans AI governance, cybersecurity, explainable AI, and digital education, with more than 28 Scopus-indexed publications. A Bolashak Scholar, she has completed international research residencies at UCLA, Purdue University, Warsaw University of Technology, and Suwon University.

Beyond academia, she is a dedicated community builder and volunteer leader. She serves as Certification Director at the ISACA Astana Chapter, is an IEEE Senior Member and IEEE WIE Ambassador for 2026, and Women in Science Lead at Women in Tech Kazakhstan and Vice President of  WiCyS Kazakhstan Affiliate. Through these roles she has led mentorship, certification, and STEM-outreach initiatives, including collaborations with UN Women, UNICEF, and U.S. Embassy American Spaces and American Corners to advance digital skills, cybersecurity capacity, and gender inclusion. She holds the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity credential.

Dr. Aziz Awaludin is a lecturer in the Department of Data Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia. He is also an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. A Fulbright Scholar, he earned his PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from UW–Madison. His research lies at the intersection of educational leadership, social networks, Islamic education, and AI in education, examining how networked partnerships, equity-centered leadership, and emerging technologies drive school improvement across Global North and South contexts. He employs computational text analysis and social network analysis in his work and has developed AI-driven tools including Schoolpedia, Policy Knowledge Navigator, and EdData Explainer. His publications appear in top-tier journals, including the Journal of Educational Administration and the International Journal of Leadership in Education.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sakirin Tam is a versatile academic with a rich background in information technology and computer engineering. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Information Technology from Fatoni University in Pattani, Thailand, followed by an M.Sc. degree in Information Technology Management from University Technology Malaysia in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. His academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Ankara University in Ankara, Turkey.

With a solid foundation in academia, Dr. Sakirin embarked on a career as a Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology at Fatoni University, where he honed his expertise and passion for research. His research interests span a wide spectrum of topics including artificial intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, data mining, green IT, and computer-based testing.

Dr. Tam's dedication to advancing knowledge in his field is evident through his prolific publication record, with numerous research articles to his name. He has contributed significantly to scholarly discourse and has been recognized as an Editor Member at Mesopotamian Journal of Computer Science. Additionally, he serves as a respected peer reviewer for esteemed international journals including IEEE Access, Springer Nature-Cluster Computing, The Chinese Journal of AI, Journal of Knowledge and Information Systems, and B P International. In 2025, He was selected as the winner of  Kolap Award (Best Researcher Award) from Paragon International University.

In recognition of his academic prowess and leadership qualities, Dr. Tam has held esteemed positions within academia and was award the “Kolap Award” which is the best research award from Paragon International University, and the award of the “Dean Award of The Year (LEAP 2025)” from the London School of Digital Business, England. He has served as a senior academic staff and held the esteemed position of Dean at Phnom Penh Internation University. Currently, he brings his wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Puthisastra, where he continues to inspire and mentor students while making significant contributions to the field of information technology. In addition, he is appointed as Member of Board of Advisor at AI Farm Co.Ltd,.

Prof. Dr. J. Somasekar is a Professor and Head of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) at JAIN  University, Bengaluru, India. He is also a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia, and Shinawatra University, Thailand, and serves as the Head of the Department of AI & Data Science at the University of DAIM, USA, in a remote capacity.

He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUA, Andhra Pradesh, completed his M.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Karnataka, and pursued Postdoctoral Research at the University of South Florida, USA. He is a globally certified Oracle Data Science Professional.

With over 19 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Somasekar has delivered more than 286 invited and keynote talks across 13 countries in emerging technologies. He has published over 60 research articles in reputed international journals and conferences, authored three books, contributed seven book chapters, and edited one textbook. He has successfully guided two Ph.D. scholars and is currently supervising seven doctoral researchers.

His achievements include securing an All India Rank of 43 in GATE, receiving the DST International Travel Grant from the Government of India to deliver a keynote at an IEEE conference in Egypt, and earning prestigious recognitions such as the Innovative Collaborative Researcher Award, Global Academic Excellence Award (2025), Best Outstanding Speaker Award, and multiple Best Paper Awards. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Recommendation Systems, Medical Image Analysis, Image Processing, and AI for Cybersecurity.
