Dr. Kimsy Tor
Dr. Kimsy Tor is an Assistant Professor in the School of Digital Technologies at American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). She is passionate in teaching Math, Code and Statistics for Data Science to newcomers.
She received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Manhattan College, United States in 2015, an M.S. from Sorbonne University, France in 2017 and a Ph.D. in Algorithms design from Telecom Paris in 2021. Growing up, Dr. Kimsy is fluent in 3 languages, Khmer, English and French and has traveled the world since a teenager.
Her research interests lies in the design of algorithms both in theory and practice. She has published various articles in Mathematics, Algorithm, Aging and Cancer . Dr. Kimsy is committed to help developing digital talents in Cambodia through teaching and mentoring students as well as the Cambodian public.

Dr Bob Nanthakorn
Dr. Bob is a full-time faculty member, lecturer and researcher at the National University of Management (NUM) in Phnom Penh / Cambodia. In addition, he is a research fellow at the Thammasat University in Bangkok / Thailand.
He graduated in 2021 from the University of Linköping / Sweden, where he was an industrial Ph.D. student at the Chair of Management and Mechanical Engineering. His dissertation topic was: Closed-loop supply chain concepts and end-of-life strategies in the automotive industry.
Focusing on electric vehicles and recycling / remanufacturing concepts for electric vehicle (EV) battery packs. From 2021 to 2023 he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Thammasat University in Bangkok / Thailand.
In his today's research work, he focuses on two fields:
Circular production strategies (closed-loop supply chains, end-of-life concepts, remanufacturing)
The usage of IT in education (e.g., remote learning,learning during the pandemic, digital divide, efficiency of online learning applications).

Dr Ian Findlay
Professor Ian Findlay was appointed President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Puthisastra (UP), Phnom Penh, Cambodia in August 2018.
Ian has had a very successful career in health education, research, learning and teaching and maximising opportunities in business, research, vocational education and higher education. In health education, Ian has been Executive Dean, Health for a number of major education providers. Most recently Ian was Executive Director at one of Australia’s largest education providers.
In 1998, Ian was awarded "Scientist of the Year" by the European Society of Human Genetics.
In 2005, Ian was also awarded the “Bancroft Medal” the Highest award given by Australian Medical Association. Previous recipients include Sir Fred Schonell, Sir Gustav Nossal (Australian of the Year 2000), Dr Peter Hollingworth (Governor General, Australia, Australian of the Year 1997), etc
Having worked extensively in senior roles in higher education, skills-sector, research and the commercial world, Ian is passionate about the need to achieve best possible outcomes to fully equip work-ready students for digitally led 21st Century.

Dr Phauk Sokkhey
Dr. PHAUK Sokkhey graduated his bachelor degree in Mathematics from
the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2010, a master’s degree in Applied
Mathematics from Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand in 2013.
Dr. Sokkhey obtained his Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Intelligent Systems
majoring in Data Science from University of the Ryukyus, Japan in 2021.
Topic: Technology-enable Learning and Teaching: Empowering Learning and Teaching through Cutting-Edge Technology.
Dr Raimund Weiss
Dr. Raimund Weiss is Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (EAS), as well as the School for Graduate Studies, and Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Paragon International University. Additionally, he is a Board Member of Paragon International University Research Committee and Senior Research Fellow with CICP.
He has been engaged in research on Cambodia since his initial visit to the country in 2000. Over the years, he has been publishing articles, reports, and studies on varied-thematic issues. His research encompasses conflict analysis, democratization, peacebuilding, elections, international relations, international political economy. Currently, his research focuses on the global politics of sustainability and related topics such as digitalization and sustainability, sustainable business and sustainable development.
Dr. Weiss holds his M.A. and a Ph. D in Political Science from the Leopold-Franzens Innsbruck in Austria. Prior, before dedicating himself to the education and research sector, he worked for election observer missions of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the European Union (EU) in post-conflict and developing states of Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, and South- and Southeast Asia.
