About Mr. Snyder

Hello, 

     My name is Kurt Snyder. It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to educate your child this year. This year will be loaded with Ohio State Standards in 6th grade including: economics, geography, history, religion, government and geographical skills. 

   In 2002, I married my wife Kari Snyder and have since had two children (Owen 15, and Quinn 14). My wife is also an educator for Plain Local Schools. 

    This is currently my twenty-first year teaching. I grew up down the road in Jackson township.  I graduated from the University of Akron with both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I have been teaching at Manchester Middle School since 2011.
